Over the past four years, Kathleen has worked closely alongside Cooley CEO Damien Cooley, gaining invaluable insight into the craft of auctioneering under his mentorship. She now brings her own skillset and perspective to the auction floor, combining knowledge, presence and control with a highly attuned, people-first approach.
