But it’s also in his DNA – hailing from a family of real estate agents, Lachlan got a feel for transacting property at a young age and he joined the Cooley team with a real passion for the industry.
His ability to evoke and control bidding is impressive and make Lachlan an asset to his clients on auction day. Genuinely sociable, creating rapport comes second nature to Lachlan and he enjoys building relationships with the agents and vendors he represents.
He thrives off the energy of an auction and loves being in front of an audience. He will hold his own as auctioneer while making sure he extracts top dollar before dropping the hammer.\
